2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard international shipping to ensure your package arrives safely.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days (depending on your location).
• Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 48-72 hours.

3. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

zavrlyshop ships to addresses worldwide. However, please note that delivery to P.O. boxes or military addresses may take longer than standard residential addresses.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

zavrlyshop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and provide us with photos of the damaged item so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

6. Missing Items

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
